Lourdy has been dancing for many years and has explored different styles along the way, from Hip-Hop, Litefeet and Contemporary to Afro Dance, Azonto, Ndombolo and Amapiano. Today, Amapiano is an important part of her movement language and her connection to music.

In her classes, Lourdy shares her love for the groove and energy of Amapiano. Foundations and influences such as Pantsula are explored step by step and developed into combinations and choreography. For Lourdy, dance is about feeling the music, expressing yourself and sharing that energy with others.
