MINI CAPOEIRA

Even our youngest children can discover the world of Capoeira through play. Together we explore movement, music and rhythm and approach the first elements of Capoeira Angola with imagination and curiosity.

Children can move, play, imitate animals, dance and experience music together. Along the way, they develop coordination, balance, body awareness and creativity. Most importantly, the class is about having fun and discovering movement together.
